I practice a wholistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are deeply interconnected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. Together we identify the primary triggers and develop tools to manage these triggers effectively.
My approach is not a diet! You will not dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. You will focus on what to eat, increasing nutrients to feel vital and healthy inside and out. One thing I know for sure is that there is no one perfect dietary theory and not all dietary theories are appropriate for each person. Together we find what works for you, as you are the expert on YOU!
